Sekou Nkrumah descends on Gold Coast politician who said his father cleaned toilets

- Son of Kwame Nkrumah, Sekou Nkrumah, has responded to assertions made by a Gold Coast politician, Joshua Attoh Quarshie, about his father

- According to Sekou, comments from Quarshie indicated clear signs of disrespect towards Ghana's first president

- Among other comments, Quarshie reportedly stated that Kwame Nkrumah never studied for a Ph.D

Sekou Nkrumah, son of Ghana’s first president, Kwame Nkrumah, has lashed out at a Gold Coast Politician, Joshua Attoh Quarshie, for saying his father cleaned toilets for a living.

Taking to Facebook, Sekou argued that Quarshie’s comments showed signs of disrespect to his father.

YEN.com.gh earlier reported that Quarshie claimed Kwame Nkrumah never studied in the United States of America (USA).

He went on to say that Nkrumah answered in the negative when the Watson commission asked if he was a doctor.

He explained that at that point in time, Ghana’s first president was simply trying to write his thesis in Theology.

These assertions did not go down well with Sekou who said there is nothing wrong with cleaning toilets as he does that at home for free.

Sekou added that Nkrumah was an excellent academic who had numerous university degrees.

In his opinion, his father was an exceptional political organizer and orator who helped to shape Africa’s decolonization process.

In other news, an unidentified man has raised an issue of concern with respect to the behavior of his girlfriend.

Sharing his plight with a relationship coach known as Joro Olumofin, the man indicated that his girlfriend does not kneel to serve him food.

The reason he worries about this is that he noticed the girlfriend of his friend knelt down three times when bringing him cutlery.
