A student of the University of Ghana who sources identified as Papa Kofi Owusu Kwarteng has finally forgiven his girlfriend, Karen, the lady who was captured physically assaulting him in a video that went viral.
Identified as @Grey on social media, Papa Kofi Owusu Kwateng publicly declared he’s forgiven his girlfriend for repeatedly slapping him with flipflops.
The young man noted he bears no grudge against Karen because she has apologized to him for overreacting.
@Grey was reacting to a follower's comment that sought to ridicule his masculinity for not retaliating when his girlfriend repeatedly slapped him with bathroom flipflops for ''cheating''.
A 22 seconds video of the incident went viral of Kareen assaulting @Grey, who sat in a chair with his head slumped into his hands while other persons watch his ordeal.
Karen is heard in yelling ''are you stupid…you turn around and go and propose to somebody else, are you stupid?''
Following the incident, Karen, in video expressed remorse, apologized for her indecent act and called for the public to forgive her.
@Grey has finally accepted Karen’s apology. He responded to a friend's comment.
