The host of Peace FM Morning show, Kwame Sefa Kayi, has been invited by the court to testify in the ongoing Shatta Wale-Stonebwoy case.

This follows the confusion which rocked the 2019 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards in which Stonewboy pulled a gun on stage.

Kayi was the host of the show that night and he is expected by the court to give an eyewitness account of what happened.

In earlier reports by YEN.com.gh, it was detailed how Stonebwoy pulled the gun on the stage when he was giving a speech and Shatta Wale started walking towards him.

He, however, could not fire a shot as the security men at the events ground managed to put everything under control.

It was the same time that Stonebwoy’s former manager, Blakk Cedi, fought Shatta Wale and punched him in the face.

Shatta Wale, after the incident, claimed that he had gone to the stage to congratulate Stonebwoy, however, the Baafira hit maker and his team misunderstood his move.

They were thus dragged to court.

The case has been deferred to October 23, 2019, by the court presided over by His Lordship Isaac Aidoo.
