Yao Vinepon was involved in a ghastly accident in the Volta Region three weeks ago while traveling to Peki for a funeral.
Family of the victim says he has been affected badly by the accident and needs financial support to undergo surgery at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra.
Doctors say Isaac’s skull has been affected after a metallic object from the car he was traveling in pierced his head.
According to the family, doctors say he will need GHC26, 000 to successfully complete the surgery.
The family said they have been able to raise GHC9,000 to cater for the initial bills but are hard-pressed for cash to cater for the surgery, thus seeking help from the public.

“We are calling on whoever is touched by our brother’s story to come to our aid to help us take care of his hospital bills. Thankfully there is no internal bleeding and his sanity is intact. But the doctors say, if two other surgeries are not conducted early enough, it could affect him,” Moses, brother of the victim told Citi News.
