Ace Ghanaian broadcaster, Nana Aba Anamoah, has released a video of herself and her colleagues enjoying a bowl of banku and okro stew.
She, however, indicates that they switched to the banku after finishing a plate of fried rice.
As one morsel after the other goes down her throat, she exclaims it is indeed a nice meal and proceeds to list the components of the meal.

According to her, the okro stew contains almost everything including crabs, which she dislikes.
She adds that it also has tolo beef, which she loves, unprocessed cowhide, also known as wele, which is her favourite, scented fish and goat meat.
A colleague who was also enjoying the meal commented that the protein component of the food was too much, to which Nana Aba responded by saying it represents either the United Nations or a zoo.
In other news, the latest to join the list of celebrities to debunk claims that a product from a Zara shop could cost $700 is rising Ghanaian musician, Yaa Jackson.
In a video that has since gone viral, Yaa Jackson is seen laughing as she speaks about the possible price of the shoe she is wearing in the video.
She then enquires about the price that highlife musician, Kuami Eugene quoted as the value of his shoes which he claimed was purchased from a Zara shop.
