Kurt Okraku has been voted as the new Ghana Football Association (GFA) president for the next four years.

Okraku was chosen by the delegates on Friday, October 26, 2019, after the election went for a re-run.
Okraku polled 59 votes as while his close challenger George Afriyie had 43 votes.
Okraku thus succeeds Kwesi Nyantayi who resigned from his post a year ago following Anas' Number 12.
As Okraku is the new face of the GFA, many non-football lovers have little knowledge about him.
Well, YEN.com.gh has gathered seven facts about Okraku
1. Full name:
His full name is Kurt Edwin Simeon-Okraku. The name Okraku definitely rings a bell in the history of football in our beloved Ghana as his grandfather was a former football administrator.
He has never made his age public but Okraku is believed to be in his early 40s.
3. Place of Birth:
He was born in Achimota and started doing football at the age of 17.
4. Football club:
He has worked with lots of clubs including Hearts of Oak, Mighty Jet, etc. Okraku is the Executive Chairman at Dream FC, a Premier League club.
Okraku is a product of the University of Ghana. He also a trainer journalist and also holds a certificate in Hospitality and Tourism Management.
Okraku net worth is yet to be made official but he is regarded as one of the richest football administrators in the country.
7. Marital Status:
Okraku is happily married - he kept his family away from the public.
