Believed to be a former student of the university, Jona said he won an award and was presented with a 32-inch flat-screen TV.
However, he got home only to realise that it was a 17-inch second-hand TV in the 32-inch TV box.
According to him, in 2016, he won the university’s Strong Man’s competition and was promised the award but was scammed.
