Couple majestically rides back home on ‘okada’ after their wedding (Photos)

A couple has become an internet sensation after they were seen riding on a motorbike following their wedding.

Information available suggests that the wedding took place in Bonny Island, Rivers Estate, and the man rode the motorbike home after the ceremony, with his wife as a passenger.

A social media user who reportedly shared the photos indicated that the couple sought to minimize expenses and therefore settled for simplicity.

Per a report by, the woman appeared excited to be riding with her husband to their matrimonial home.

In other news, has learned that an 84-year-old Kenyan known as Kimani Ng'ang'a Maruge has gained entry into the Guinness Book of Records.

Maruge has reportedly taken advantage of free elementary education announced by the government in 2003 to enroll as a student.

Information available suggests that he enrolled in the first grade in Kapkenduiywo Primary School in Eldoret, Kenya, on January 12, 2004.

Per a report by The History Link, Maruge, who was a model student, was elected as the head boy of the school.

Despite the fact that there are no documents to prove his age, Maruge is convinced he was born in 1920.
