The Minister of Trade and Industry, Alan Kyeremateng, has said close to two hundred projects in 100 districts are currently ongoing across the country under the One District-One factory (1D1F) initiative.

This is what believes in - Our Manifesto

The 1D1F initiative was part of a campaign promise by the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to set up factories in all the districts across the country.

According to the NPP, some districts are already having the factories as promised by government in 2016.

Mr. Kyeremateng said more are expected to be rolled out when the Finance Minister presents the budget statement next week.

He, therefore, urged Ghanaians to vote massively for the NPP to continue what it was doing.

This statement and many others, do not make the ordinary Ghanaian believe in government.

In expressing their thoughts, some Ghanaians revealed their disappointment in the trade minister for his comment.

Mumin said Ghana is no more what he used to know. He added that Ghanaians are wiser now.

Joseph said the trade minister has sold his soul to the devil.

James simply said for Ghanaians to believe what the trade minister is saying, locations of the already built factories should be made public.
