Ghanaian teen actor, Rahim Banda, has revealed his intention of going into politics very soon.
The actor who is now schooling at the University of Ghana says he would move to study international law and from there, enter into politics.
Banda added that politics is not bad as it seems to be, and so he is willing to go deep into it.
He made these remarks in an interview seen by YEN.com.gh on the Late Nite Celebrity Show.
Banda said: “I am just eighteen (18) and I might study International Law after completing my study now. I might move into politics and this is a strong might but for now, I think I will just explore other ventures. I am too young to decide now.”
By saying “strong might”, Banda emphasises on his ultimate goal to become a politician.
He shot to fame following his appearances in movies with the likes of Jackie Appiah, Majid Michelle, Dumelo, Kyeiwaa, and others.
Banda is also one of the ambassadors of the Ghana Jobs Bank Initiative at a ceremony to outdoor Ex-President J. A Kufuor as the initiative’s patron in 2018.
He is also the ambassador for the government’s Free Senior High School (SHS) policy.
