According to the CSP, it has not been easy combining being a policeman and a gospel musician.
Kofi Sarpong said though in the eyes of the public, he appears to be managing both well, he concentrates more on serving his country than on music.
In an interview on Adom FM and monitored by YEN.com.gh he said he sometimes gets surprised how he is able to combine the two - being a policeman and a gospel musician - and even attend to his family.

"Sometimes it amazes me how I am able to combine the two even with family. I go to the studio at night to record and head to my office in the morning. On weekends, when I am less busy, I try to visit the studio again to finish up on my works,” he stated.
Kofi Sarpong disclosed that he sometimes responds to duty calls even when he is at an event which requires his performance.
“If you invite me for a show and I have an IGP request, I will pay attention to that first. I might even perform in my uniform if I have to after that,” he added.
