Medikal motivated me as an underground artiste-Fameye

Fast-rising Ghanaian singer, Fameye says rapper Medikal came through for me at a time when he was frustrated in the music industry and motivated him to be who he is in the music industry today.

The 'Nothing I Get' hit singer recounted that Medikal who was then his junior in school later became big in the industry while he (Fameye) was still an underground artiste. This got him frustrated because his friends made fun of him, saying that he had failed at his music career while his junior was doing well in music.

According to Fameye, through the teasing and frustration, Fameye disclosed that he vowed to work hard and ensure that he also blows up to be like Medikal.

He indicated that that message changed his life for good and has made him what he is today.

In other news, 38 years after the demise of the legendary reggae singer Bob Marley, he has been ranked to be part of the top-earning dead celebrities in the world.

Bob Nesta Marley bags a gross earning of $20 million annually from his numerous musical works, his House of Marley products including headphones, speakers and turntables.
