Hard work coupled with a strong determination to succeed more often than not, pays off and this beautiful and intelligent lady identified as Mary Ofure Ebhomielen, has joined the many other intelligent Nigerians to prove this to be true.
The graduate of Computer Science recently emerged as the best graduating student from the University of Ibadan, with an impressive CGPA of 7.0, reportedly the highest.
This was announced by the vice-chancellor, University of Ibadan, Prof. Abel Idowu Olayinka, on the first day of the 2019 Convocation ceremonies holding at the International Conference Centre.
In her brief speech, Ebhomielen, who congratulated her fellow graduates, noted that they were being celebrated because they had burnt the midnight candles.
She noted that success did not come easy, adding that apart from making a good grade in the university, one still needed to prove oneself in the outside world. Ebhomielen called on those who did not make upper division to go out there and prove their worth.
While many people often dwell on the numerous blows life has dealt them rather than focus on the positive side, a young lady identified as Gbemisola on Twitter remains a 'glass half-full' type of lady.
She recently took to social media to celebrate her graduation from university. However, Gbemisola appeared to use the support of crutches in all the photos she shared but this did little to stop the joy on her face.
