Aspiring MP John Dumelo shares money to fans on Twitter

Actor and budding politician, John Dumelo, has taken to his twitter to share money to his followers.

In a post sighted by YEN.com.gh on the Twitter handle of the star, he wrote, "I haven't done nokofio in a while ... drop your numbers".

Any smart thinking person will know exactly what that means.

This got a lot of people dropping their contact numbers within the shortest possible time.

TV personality, Serwaa Amihere simply said Dumelo has her number so he should do the needful.

Boye said the rate at which people typed their numbers, they could have easily typed idey4u

Jay interestingly stated that he was waiting for the girls to drop their numbers.

This user said 5 cedis will be enough to reduce the hunger pangs.

Paakofi said he needs a job instead of the money that Dumelo has promised.

In other news, former president, Flt. Lt. Jerry John Rawlings, has called for the core values of comradeship to be re-centered in the heart and soul of political parties, as he believes truth should be central in everything in governance.

Rawlings lamented the fact that some politicians have specialised in the act of telling lies as a way of getting power.

He, however, called on politicians to understudy traditional leaders to appreciate the value of truth in leading a nation, stating that traditional customs do not allow traditional leaders to lie.
