Kumawood actor Kobby 1 unveiled as new Ghana Jesus; Ghanaians reject him

- Kumawood actor Kobby 1 has been appointed as new Ghana Jesus by Salinko

- His appointment comes after Mmebusem, the first Ghana Jesus was sacked

- Ghanaians have rejected the new person saying he does not qualify

A new Ghana Jesus, Kumawood actor Kobby 1, has been unveiled following Mmebusem’s exit.

In a video seen by YEN.com.gh, Kobby 1 narrated how he got the post after Mmebusem was sacked.

According to him, he had recorded a video to criticise Mmebusem when he started having issues with his former boss Salinko who gave him that post.

In the video, Kobby 1 said he sent a shout out to Salinko and registered his willingness to take over that post should he wants a replacement.

Kobby 1 added that after Salinko had finally done away with Mmebusem, he was contact and lo and behold, given the new job.

Though the actor is happy and ready to shake Ghana with his own funny version on the Boys Abre series, some Ghanaians are not happy and have rejected him.

In view sampled by YEN.com.gh on YouTube, some of those who commented said they only recognise Mmebusem as the Ghana Jesus and no one else.

Others said Kobby 1 does not qualify because he is not even funny.

Some also asked the new Jesus to go to Mmebusem for him to be taught.

Meanwhile, Salinko had accused Mmebusem of being disrespectful, hence, taking his post from him.

Also, a pastor has claimed that tragedy would befall Mmebusem for mimicking Jesus in that manner.
