Ahead of the clash at the Cape Coast Stadium on Thursday, November 14, 2019., the Black Stars' camp was in very high spirits.
A video has popped up showing the new Ghana Football Association (GFA) President Kurt Okraku visiting the team.
Kurt Okraku, during his visit, joined the team as they did their jama (singing) session after their final training on Wednesday, November 13, 2019.
In the video sighted by YEN.com.gh, the new GFA boss was spotted in the midst of the likes of captain Andre 'Dede' Ayew, Jordan Ayew, Thomas Partey, Richard Ofori, and host of other players singing and clapping.
With such positive energy, it is no surprise that the Balck Stars chalked a deserving victory over the Bafana Bafana.
As earlier reported by YEN.com.gh, the match ended 2-0 in favour of the Black Stars who scored one goal in each half.
Thomas Partey opened the scoring in the 35th with a thunderbolt sho after receiving a pass from Jordan Ayew just outside South Africa's penalty area.
FC Nordsjaelland youngster Kudus Mohammed who made his Black Stars debut made an instant impact after coming on as a substitute in the second half.
After winning a ball in the South Africa half, Kudus straight at goal and dribbled two defenders before ferociously blasting the ball into the roof of the net from outside the box in the 80th minute.
