A Nigerian social media user identified as Timilehin Rapheal has warmed up the hearts of many on micro blogging platform Twitter after he shared the story of how he delivered a pregnant woman of her baby.

Rapheal, who according to his Twitter bio is a registered nurse, explained that the woman had been sent away from an undisclosed private hospital, because they could not take her delivery due to her unique condition.

He said she had been verbally referred to a general hospital, and during the tricycle ride, she went into labor, with people around being clueless on how to handle the situation.

"Enroute to general, the baby head came out and the maruwa driver packed and ran away The shout was intense I had to rush out, alongside the doctor on duty. On brief assessment, the baby was observed to be asphyxiated as the cord wound round his neck," his post read.
