Soldier mercilessly flogs pedestrians who refuse to use Madina footbridge (video)
There has been news making rounds that some pedestrians have made it a point not to use the footbridges on the Madina-Adenta stretch.

Their excuses for not using the bridge ranges from it being too long or it being too stressful to use.
An interesting video has however dropped showing a soldier lashing two girls as they chose to cross the road beneath the bridge.

From the video, people could be heard chattering excitedly as the soldier lashed the girls.
One of the voices behind the video said Ghana has become very interesting.
It looks as if they were excited about what the soldiers were doing in the Madina market area.

YEN.com.gh earlier reported the controversial footbridges constructed at Madina and SDA junction on the Accra-Aburi road were abandoned by pedestrians because of the hustle of climbing them.
After its construction, the very pedestrians that called for the bridges left it and were crossing the road directly under the bridge.
A tweet sighted by Godfred Akoto Boafo has revealed that the presence of military men at the foot of the bridge caused several people to use it.
