Dreams come true in different ways. Sometimes, when life happens, it is easy to give up but then luck shows up and turns everything around.
Madelyn McClarey, a single mum of three, had her life-long dream achieved after getting a bachelor's degree from the same university as her twin sons.
Since becoming a mother, the beautiful woman in her 40s, found it hard to mix work, raising kids and college and decided to give up her dreams of attending graduating.
However, when her sons earned scholarships to be part of Florida A&M's prestigious marching band, they refused to go to college except their mother came along.
The push made her apply and enroll into the school in 2016.
ABC reports that she worked while getting her associate's degree at Tallahassee Community College and then started at Florida A&M full time in 2016.
McClarey did not only attended college but excelled. She held internships and joined the National Council of Negro Women, Phi Delta Kappa, a professional organization for educators and served as president of the university's English Guild. She graduated in May 2019.
McClarey and her sons never had classes together and maintained separate lives.
Aubrey and Aaron live together in the dorms and stay busy with the marching band but her presence alone was motivation enough for her sons.
After successfully completing her degree, the beautiful mum of three plans to remain at her alma mater to chase a graduate degree, while also encouraging her sons to do exceptionally well.
Meanwhile, a hilarious dad left internet users in stitches after mimicking the drunk faces his infant makes whenever she is done suckling.
Josh Hawkins decided to record his daughter while she was ‘milk drunk’ then shared the clips on social media to spread some joy.
It then hit him that there could be a new twist to the hilarious clips and he immediately went to work.
