In an interview with KSM, Nana Aba Anamoah told the story of how she transformed Serwaa Amihere to an award-winning newscaster today.

"Serwaa is my trophy mentee because the other people I have mentored came from a similar background so it wasn't difficult at all but this girl was different," she revealed.

"Serwaa had a different lifestyle, Serwaa was the girl who will wear big hair, long lashes, long nails, skimpy dresses and she wanted to be in the media but she was lost," Nana Aba added.

The 2019 RTP Media Personality of the Year went on to disclose that at the time she met Serwaa, everyone looked down upon her, not believing she could do anything in the media.

She noted that even though Serwaa was interested in working for a media house, she was not ready due to her 'slay queen' life.

Nana Aba Anamoah added that she had to advice Serwaa to stop wearing big wigs, long lashes and all the skimpy dresses if she wanted to make it in the media industry.

The host of State of Affairs expressed excitement, claiming that she is glad for Serwaa since she has become an award-winning media personality.

Meanwhile, Nana Aba Anamoah and Serwaa Amihere were in the news recently after attending the 2019 Ghana Journalists Awards.

After receiving an award for their TV station, the two-screen goddesses flaunted their thighs and beauty while holding on to the award.
