The police say Samuel threw liquefied faecal matter on a woman and a young person on Friday, November 22, 2019, at the John P. Robarts Research Library.
The suspect is also alleged to have replicated the same act on Sunday, November 24, 2019, on another man and woman at the Scott Library.
Mr. Samuel Opoku also assaulted a woman with faecal matter on Monday, November 25, 2019.
Police have said the attacks appeared to be random. The suspect who is in the grip of the police is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday, November 27.
YEN.com.gh earlier reported that Ghanaians have expressed surprise and displeasure over the Ghana Education Service's (GES) procurement of 400,000 copies of past questions and answers for the first batch of beneficiaries of the Free Senior High School policy.
According to the GES, the intervention by government will help the students prepare adequately and get themselves familiarized with how their final exams will be like.
