- This is told on Hitz FM in a video seen by YEN.com.gh
- The incident was said to have happened when they were on a tour in Jamaica
- Kelvynboy was said to be present and from that on, lost respect for Stonebwoy
Information gathered by YEN.com.gh has it that Blakk Cedi, Stonebwoy’s former manager, had held him by the neck and beaten him.
This reportedly happened in Jamaica months ago when they had embarked on a tour.
YEN.com.gh gathered this in a video sighted on Hitzfm.
According to the narrator, a misunderstanding had ensued between the two which led to Blakk Cedi getting angry and grabbing Stonebwoy by the neck.
The incident was said to have happened in the presence of Kelvynboy, which led him to start disrespecting his former boss.
Stonebwoy's official DJ was said to be there when the fight happened, and he is ready to testify that the beating really occurred.
Since that incident, the relationship between the former artiste and manager had not gone well, leading to Blakk Cedi being sacked.
YEN.com.gh published earlier that the two have unfollowed each other on Instagram to show that they do not want to have anything doing with each other anymore.
Kelvynboy, who was also sacked by Stonebwoy, was on record to have said that there was no Dancehall musician in Ghana, not even his boss.
He was thus accused of being ungrateful and disrespectful and was booted out of the BHIM camp.
Meanwhile, Stonebwoy has named a new manager he described as "manager 101".
His wife and Kelvynboy have also unfollowed each other on Instagram.
Blakk Cedi is on record for beating Shatta Wale when he attempted to trouble Stonebwoy at the 2019 VGMA, as reported by YEN.com.gh.
