Award-winning GH One TV presenter Nana Aba Anamoah has announced that Ghana's First Lady, Rebecca Akufo-Addo, has paid for the entire surgery cost of a little girl she was soliciting funds for.
According to the State of Affairs host, Mrs Rebecca Akufo-Addo came to her aid after hearing about her campaign for Davelyn, a sick child.
In a post that was sighted by YEN.com.gh on Instagram, Nana Aba thanked the first lady for her help.
After posting a tweet she wrote to thank the first lady. She captioned it, "God is good. Here I was worried about how to get Davelyn back to school after the surgery. God knows best!"
Fans and social media users, after reading Nana Aba's confirmation of the first lady's assistance, took to the comment section to thank her:

Deducing from comments, it is evident that fans and social media users are excited that Nana Aba and the first lady helped little Davelyn.
Few days ago, Nana Ana Anamoah interviewed Davelyn and her mother, asking people to help raise funds for her surgery.
She revealed that the little girl who is suffering from 90% blindness and autism needed GHC50,000 for surgery.
Before the first lady came to her aid, Nana Aba Anamoah revealed that some kind-hearted people contributed, thus there is extra money now to provide other needs for the little girl.
