Vice President Bawumia has said that former president John Mahama left no legacy for the Northern Regions.
According to him, Mahama was only known for his Guinea Fowl and SADA projects which never materialised.
By saying so, Bawumia touted the NPP as having done better than the NDC did under Mahama.
His comment has drawn massive criticisms from some Ghanaians.
Jean, for instance, said Bawumia has lost his self-confidence for comparing himself with Mahama
Ibrahim said Bawumia doesn’t even deserve to be vice president:
John also wondered what legacy NPP would be leaving for Ghanaians should they lose election 2020:
Tokor wrote some of the projects Mahama left in the Northern Region:
Amaru also wondered what legacy the NPP would leave behind:
Martin also complained of NPP constantly comparing themselves with Mahama:
Sala also hooted at Bawumia for his comment:
Adam, an obviously NPP lover, said NPP has failed Ghanaians and regret voting for the party:
Atanga said Mahama helped curbed rural-urban migration:
Meanwhile, Mahama has celebrated his birthday on November 29, and his wife Lordina has sent him a lovely message.
Also, actress Yvonne Nelson has lauded Mahama’s achievements in a way of celebrating him.
Nelson said she was particularly impressed by Mahama constructing the Ridge Hospital and Terminal 3 at the Kotoka International Airport.
