Throwback wedding photo of John Mahama and Lordina pops up after his birthday

Following the birthday message from his wife, a throwback photo has popped showing the former President Dramani John Mahama and Lordina on their wedding day.

The former president, John Dramani Mahama marked his 61st birthday on Friday, November 29, 2019.

One of the most heartwarming birthday messages for the former president came from his wife, Lordina.

As earlier reported by YEN.com.gh, the former first lady sent lovely words to her husband and also shared lovely photos of them together to make the occasion a special one.

Telling their love story, Lordina revealed how Mahama captured his heart years ago and assured to b with him until eternity.

As if to tell their love story more, a throwback photo from their wedding has popped up

In the photo sighted by YEN.com.gh, Mahama could be seen wearing a white suit whitLordina wore a wedding gown with a veil.

With them was one of their sons, a toddler then, who was being held by Lordina as the couple smiled for the cameras.

Mahama and Lordina (nee Effah) got married in 1992 and they celebrated a grand 25th wedding anniversary in 2017.

The former first couple used the anniversary to renew their marital vows.

Meanwhile, popular Ghanaian songstress, Mzbel, sent a very powerful message to former President Mahama as he celebrated his birthday.
