Ghanaian actress Zynnel Zuh has caused a stir on social media after posting a video of rapper Edem asking for 'Akple' in Italy.
In the video that was sighted by YEN.com.gh, Edem who was sitting with an affluent-looking man asked the waitress if they had 'Akple.'
In response, the waitress who had already served the man and his entourage some snacks claimed they do not have that.
Before the white waitress responded, another man who was already munching on the snacks explained what 'Akple' meant.
After posting the video, other celebrities, fans and social media users took to the comment section to express their opinion on the video:
@destiny_kechesis teased the man: "a Volta man will always be a Volta man."
@berk_hb wondered about the man's request: "See how he ask My people can’t go without this food for a week la awoo."
@akosua_quist had this to say: " what's the white lady saying we want akple and you're just rattling on."
@reginaengmann commented: "My dad can't do away with his favourite food ooo."
@akosuaberla expressed how hilarious the man sounded: "These my people errrr."
Deducing from the comments, it is evident that the local food the man requested sounded funny because he is not likely to get it in Italy.
