Ghanaian ‘Highest’ rapper, Sarkodie, has told the only condition under which he can accept Shatta Wale as his good friend once again.
According to him, they would need to meet and straighten a few things up before their friendship could be rekindled.
Sarkodie reportedly made this revelation in an interview with Joy News at Stonebwoy’s Ashaiman to the World Concert.
The rapper added that he does not have any hate for Shatta Wale in his heart, stressing that he still loves him as a brother.
“I don’t know what it is but we definitely have to straighten a few things out, I have no hate in my heart for him, and he knows it, but our vibe is not like it used to be,” Sarkodie was reported to have said.
Sarkodie and Shatta Wale were very good friends before their feud.
They even collaborated on a number of songs including Megye Wo Girl which became an instant hit.
However, Shatta Wale, known to speak his mind without mincing words, revealed that Sarkodie betrayed him in a deal, making him dislike him, and affecting their relationship.
In an earlier report by YEN.com.gh, Shatta Wale explained how Sarkodie went behind him to take some money from Glo.
According to him, they had all planned to meet with Glo for a deal when Sarkodie behaved that way.
Shatta Wale said he felt very betrayed and disappointed, adding that as an honest person, he couldn’t behave hypocritically by still being friends with Sarkodie.
Also, Sarkodie had confessed in an earlier report by YEN that he misses Shatta Wale so much.
