A throwback photo of Sister Derby and her former boyfriend Medikal looking all loved up has hit the internet.
In the photo, the two looked straight at each other in the eyes while Medikal held her waist.
They also smiled broadly at each other, and this was the time they were so much in love.
Medikal himself shared this photo to his Instagram with a caption suggesting that he was going to love Sister Derby for life.
He wrote that as long as he has life in him, he would love Deborah Vanessa.
This gave so much hope to the lady who said on countless occasions that she loves Medikal so much and he would marry her.
However, those promises and hopes were never met as Fella Makafui managed to snatch Medikal and has taken over from Deborah now.
The photo has garnered some reactions from fans.
Maame, for instance, said all along, the Medikal’s smiles were fake:

Meanwhile, Sister Deborah has set record by performing with Medikal on stage at his Back to Sowutuom Concert.
According to an earlier report by YEN.com.gh, Shatta Wale is trying to reunite Medikal and Sister Deborah secretly under Fella’s nose, as alleged by a lady who claims to be reliably informed.
