YEN.com.gh has gathered that the Lincoln Community School (LCS), a private school in Accra, has been ranked as the most expensive nursery school in the country.
Information available suggests that the school currently charges $14,788 every year per student for tuition.
The registration fee, according to the school’s website, is paid onetime and is non-refundable.

The site adds that “on entry, a student in Pre-Kindergarten pays an initial registration fee of US$1,500; the balance of US$5,000 becomes payable when the student advances to Kindergarten”.
The school was formed in the year 1968 when six American families teamed up to build it.
Before a child could be considered for admission, the school requires parents to pick a form at $200.
Issuing a faulty cheque to the school, YEN.com.gh has learned, attracts a penalty of GHc100.
Per a report by Ghanaweb, it does not send kids home for owing fees. However, there are penalties for late payments.
In other news, a video of an 84-year-old woman dancing to music playing in the background has caused a stir online.
In the video, a gathering of people and decorations depicted an aura of a birthday being observed.
As the music played on, the people, including the woman, sang along and she took the centre stage to show off her dancing skills.
Wearing a peach coloured dress, she sang along and exhibits=ed some gestures in a bid to emphasize the lyrics.
