Anthony Joshua appears to be in good shape for his much-anticipated rematch with Andy Ruiz after the British-Nigerian born pugilist weighs in at 237lbs.
The heavyweight star was deposed of his championship in June with a shocking defeat to the Mexican champion.
He was handed his first career loss with a seventh-minute knock-out at Madison Park New York, thus losing his WBA, IBF & WBO to the Mexican.
However, the 30-year-old will have a golden chance of proving Ruiz's victory over him was a fluke and similarly reclaim his belts when he faces the heavyweight champion on December 7.
Ahead of the rematch dubbed clash of dunes, Joshua's appears to be 237lbs in weight, 10.8lbs lighter than the first fight.
On the other hands, his opponent Andy Ruiz weighs in at 283lbs, 15lb heavier than the first fight.
The heavyweight champion had earlier hinted he would be dropping 10lbs of his weight ahead of rematch.
While vowing to beat Joshua again, the Carlifonia-Mexican born pugilist promised to burn some fat to allow him move swiftly in the ring.
Meanwhile, YEN.com.gh earlier reported that Andy Ruiz may be the boxing champion but the heavyweight star shows some humility courtesy ahead of his rematch with Joshua after he was seen greeting his opponent's mum during Thursday, December 5 gala dinner.
Donned in a popular long white regalia of the Arab culture, the 30-year-old was captured all smiles as he walked down to where Joshua's mother Yeta Odusanya was sitting, stretching his hand forward for pleasant handshake.
