The 18-year-old level 100 student of the University of Cape Coast (UCC) beat off competition from the keenly-contested event.
She beat nine other contestants with her fabulous presentation on how to address electronic pilfering in Mobile Money transactions.
Selasi's innovation was dubbed "Kasa-Cash System".
As her prize, she took home GHC 10,000 cash, a laptop, a one-year internet connection and assistance to develop her concept into a prototype.
She will also represent Ghana at the Miss Geek Africa Competition, which will be held in Conakry, Guinea.
The second and third places went to Atta Abdul Karim Najilau Dramundu, a former NAFTI student and Molly Esi Sutherland, from the College of Health, Kintampo respectively.
Abdul Karim received GHC7,500, a laptop and will also be given assistance to develop the concept into a prototype.
Esi Sutherland also took home GH¢5,000, a laptop, and assistance to develop concept into a prototype
The seven other finalists got ¢2,000 and a laptop each.
