Sarkodie denies going to Kempinski over Cardi B 'Meet & Greet' event

Popular rapper Sarkodie has denied claims that his visit to the Kempinski was to meet US female rapper Cardi B.
According to the 'Can't Let You Go' hitmaker, he was at the plush hotel to check into his room and sleep.

In a tweet sighted by YEN.com.gh, Sarkodie responded to claims by a blogging website that he was at Kempinski for the Cardi B 'Meet and Greet' event.
In a video, Sarkodie was seen arriving at the Kempinski hotel as the video was captioned "king Sark - Obidi arrives at Kempinsky Hotel to see Cardi B."
The Sarkcess boss was captured walking in the hallway before musician Becca and her husband met up to welcome him.
With excitement, Sarkodie hugged Becca and Tobi as they led him to where he was supposed to relax.
But after the video was tweeted, Sarkodie found the caption untrue, denying that he was there to meet Cardi B.
He quoted the tweet and wrote "To see Cardi B s3 s3n? Massa meko da me d3m lol. See y’all tonight."

The Cardi 'Meet and Greet' event has outshined the main event which was hosted at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The brouhaha erupted after Afia Schwarzenegger agitated that they were being kept waiting for too long.
Meanwhile, YEN.com.gh has published a full list of female celebrities who trooped the Kempinski Hotel to meet Cardi but got disappointed.
Afia Schwar, Sandra Ankobiah, Lydia Forson, Moesha Boduong among others were left waiting for over six hours before meeting Cardi B.
