American rapper, Cardi B, has become the cynosure of all eyes with her lovely photos which have emerged online.

The identity of the man is yet to be confirmed but the trending photo shows him positioned beneath the billboard of the Islamic cleric.

On the billboard is the sentence “SPORTS BETTING IS EVIL” and the memory verse Qu’ran 5:91 is added to it.

The billboard is one of many that have been erected in some parts of Accra, as part of a campaign against sports betting. This, however, did little to stop the young man who is busily checking his slip.
