In an interview with True Africa, he said that his first task was in 1999 when he took up the identity of a hawker. This was in a bid to uncover rogue police officers who were fond of taking bribes from traders who were not licensed on the Ghana's main highway.
In 2015, in one of Anas Aremeyaw Anas documentary, he hit the international headlines when he exposed Ghana’s rogue judicial system, where 34 respected judges and magistrates were implicated. They were caught accepting bribes in exchange for justice from various people in the form of money, food, sheep, and goats. Also, 100 judicial members were investigated and which saw about 12 high court judges suspended from office.

The high-profile journalist investigator has seen many people facing the whip of the law, especially when they once stood up for that law. It is for this reason that he has continued to hide behind his mask in a bid to protect himself from anyone that may want revenge.

- ‘Spell of the Albino,’ which created awareness of the trade in body parts.
- ‘Enemies of the Nation,’ which unveiled the corruption in Ghana’s harbor.
- 'Ghana’s judicial scandal'-The investigation on Ghana’s justice system, which saw 34 judges and magistrates suspend.

Anas Aremeyaw Anas on John Dumelo
In 2013, the investigative journalist went on social media, where he threatened to expose renowned actor John Dumelo for what he termed as the actor taking advantage of a young woman with her three-month-old baby. He wrote;
Someone should be whispering into John Dumelo’s ears that whereas it is a fantastic idea to own a clothing line, it is not ideal to do that at the expense of a three-month-old baby and the mum.
He continued to say that he was considering releasing some tapes as evidence of his findings. He condemned the art of reaping, where one had not sown.
