Efia Odo set to organize cleanup exercise to rid Accra of filth

Actress and TV personality, Efia Odo, says she wants to organize a cleanup exercise to help clean the dirtiest parts of the country's capital.

Efia Odo is known for her ability to stir controversies on social media and always finding new ways to be in the news.

However, her recent intention to help clean up the filth in some of the dirty areas in the country is a very commendable one.

In a recent tweet sighted by YEN.com.gh, Efia Odo pleaded with Ghanaians and organizations to support her with items like garbage cans, gloves and brooms among others to ensure that the exercise goes on smoothly.

She also urged her fans to show up in their numbers as volunteers to help her undergo the project.

"I would like to exercise a clean up in the most dirtiest areas, but I’ll need your help. I will need clean up accessories like garbage cans, gloves brooms etc. please any companies out there willing to provide these things should let me know. I will also need volunteers," she posted on her Twitter page.

Though the date and venue for the first cleanup exercise have not been confirmed yet, Efia Odo is optimistic that this project will help improve the sanitation issues the country faces.

YEN.com.gh recently reported that Efia Odo had finally decided to go to the altar and get married.

Efia Odo gave the condition that until she has $1 billion in her bank account, she will not get married.

She disclosed that even if she finds her prince charming, she will only agree to tie the knot with him if she has been able to acquire $1 billion in her bank account
