Kwaku Manu criticised for manhandling Di Asa winner PM in new photo

Kumawood actor Kwaku Manu has come under heavy criticism from social media users after sharing a new photo with Di Asa winner PM.

Our Manifesto: This is what believes in

Since PM won the third season of the popular Di Asa competition in September 2019,, Kwaku Manu has featured her in some of his numerous comedy skits.

The new photo shared on social media by Kwaku Manu appears to be from one of their works together.

But it appears some fans are not pleased with Kwaku Manu handling of the humongous body of PM.

The photo, as sighted by, has Kwaku Manu together with his partner, Filaman, and PM fully featured.

Filaman is seen holding onto PM and embracing her from the front side while Kwaku Manu is seen behind her.

Standing behind PM, Kwaku Manu could be seen holding the Di Asa queen's gargantuan backside as if to measure or weigh it.

Sandwiched between the two men, PM looked cheerful as she looked into the camera.

While Kwaku Manu is known to be a humorous character and might have acted so to create humour, not everyone has seen the funny side of his photo.

For some people who have reacted to the photo, Kwaku Manu is disrespecting PM by inappropriately touching her in the name of comedy and must stop.

@gr8_legend did not find it photo funny and described Kwaku as a villager: "Kwaku you have really demonstrated that you are a high-level villager by this barbaric behaviour. This is absolutely wrong and it's not funny."

@mai.des was disappointed in PM for allowing such disrespect: "I personally find this disrespectful. I’m even more disappointed this lady allows herself to be disrespected in this manner."

@kofiowusu28 did not understand why Kwaku and Filaman are always touching PM like that: "What’s this? Why you guys always touching her like that?"

@osikaniama blamed PM for allowing such behaviour from Kwaku Manu: "Disrespecting this lady anyhow and you find it funny Kwaku. I don’t blame these boys but herself. Why must you allow yourself to be disrespected this way. This is not comedy."

@kwabenakwaku_ said it was inappropriate because Kwaku was treating PM like an object: "What are all these inappropriate touches for? Anytime you are using her for anything, she is being touched here and there inappropriately. How do you see her at all? Please give her some respect because there are a lot of girls you cannot do this to because either you fear to try it or you will be shy to do that. I feel she is being treated as an ‘object’ instead of the woman she is. Please look for her capabilities and stop using her body as if that is the only thing she has."

@dede_vanderpuye1 too did not find it funny: "Sorry, but I don't find this funny. And this woman should stop subjecting herself to such all in the name of comedy."

And @nana_akwasi_official agreed with @dede_vanderpuye1: "I love you for what you’ve just said . I never expected this from Kwaku Manu. I’m his biggest fan."

Meanwhile, PM and diminutive actor Yaw Dabo recently battled it out a dance competition.

In a video sighted by, Dabo could be seen standing behind the humongous backside of the Di Asa queen dancing.

After some time, Dabo started holding with PM's backside in an apparent to grind the Di Asa queen.

While Dabo went back and forth with his grinding, other stars and bloggers around were hailing him.

It was not long after that Sammy Baah of Zylofon FM carried the actor and put him on the backside of PM.
