A lady identified as Lorritha Ezekiel Olorunda has reportedly set her valuable fashion items on fire following preaching she heard while in commute.

Pulse.com.gh indicates that the event occurred after Lorritha listened to a sermon that was played on tape by a motorcyclist.

According to Lorritha, she was struck to set fire on the fashion items because of a testimony the preacher narrated.

The tape had a testimony of a woman who had gone to hell and returned with the message of change and how fashion items lead lots of people into hell.

She indicated that she was on her way back from the market when the message reached into her spirit as the preacher was vehemently saying the words.

Lorritha said that her husband had given her the advice of doing away with such fashion items but she never paid heed to the advice until the preacher said same.

Lorritha's words were: "The byke man God used him to save me and through one cassette of a revelation by one sister that God saved from hell and send her to the world to save souls.

"My people please am begging all of us there’s no gain in all these things, be yourself be natural say no to all these worldly things today and be saved."

According to the lady, the items she destroyed cost her a lot of money but she had to make the sacrifice. She said there is no point in attempting to gain the whole world and lose one's soul in the process.

The subject of God and church has seen very interesting news reports lately.

Earlier, YEN.com.gh reported that a disturbing video has surfaced online showing a Ghanaian pastor giving his bathwater to his church members to drink.

Reports indicate that the church in which the rather uncomfortable video was taken was the ‘Endtime Church Of Nation’.

The pastor was captured in the video taking a bath in a barrel that appeared to be partially filled with water.
