In the video, a large group of people are seen outside a building and a few of them are seen climbing up to the first floor.
Information available shows that the building the jobseekers surrounded is the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA)

The job seekers, per a report by lindaikejiblogofficial was trying to make it for an aptitude test organized by the agency.
The video has meanwhile been condemned by several people who believe that huge amounts of money are being spent by the agency for various projects but prospective workers endure stress in order to write tests.
