Sarkodie denies being a 'too-known' guy

Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie has refuted claims that he is a 'too-known' guy as being portrayed by some section of the public.

Sarkodie in an interview on Hitz FM and monitored by YEN.com.gh, the award-winning rapper said people, say he is too known because they expect too much from him.

“ I think people expect too much from me because they care more. I feel within me that if I know it is true that I am too known, it would worry me a lot. But I know it is not,“ the 'Life' hitmaker said.

Speaking about how he felt when is 'Black Love' album got leaked, Sarkodie said ” I was heartbroken when the Black Love Album leaked. We are taking legal action against the people who uploaded it on their sites without authorization."

He added that upon his own investigations, he has been able to get 3 suspects who were involved in the leak and he and his team were working on a legal suit again them.

“I have the names of 3 people who leaked it, I have the proof and everything that they leaked the album, and I’m taking them to Court”

YEN.com.gh earlier reported that Sarkodie had been hit hard by one of his fans who claim the 'Baby' hitmaker only pretends to be friendly and starts socializing when Rapperholic is near each year.

In a video sighted by YEN.com.gh, Sarkodie is seen having a hearty chat with some entertainment journalists and players in the industry at Nana Boroo's private Christmas house party.

The 'Hope' hitmaker is also seen sharing inside jokes with the guys at the party as well.

But a fan who was not pleased with how Sarkodie was engaging with the industry players said the 'Giant Steps' rapper only becomes only starts to socialize and be friendly each year when the Rapperholic concert is near.
