Some of these celebrities were mocked by social media users due to the kind of statements that were made against them.
Despite that embarrassment, they never got despaired as they went ahead living their lives to the fullest.
As we are entering 2020, YEN.com.gh has put together 5 top Ghanaian celebrities who became a laughing stock in 2019.

The reports further stated that Moesha got the deadly disease from a Nigerian business mogul.
2. Serwaa Amihere:
For the first time in her career, the beautiful TV presenter was taken to the cleaners by social media users after she waded into the 'beef' between Medikal and Strongman.

According to them, Serwaa wasn't fair to Strongman with the kind of questions she asked him during the interview.
3. Yvonne Nelson:
The Ghanaian actress was trolled by a fan on Twitter after she made a comment saying, "Know your worth."
Yvonne's Nelson's comment came after some Ghanaian celebrities were snubbed by Cardi B for khebab.
However, Yvonne's comment attracted a reaction from a fan who attacked her.
According to the fan, Yvonne doesn't have the locus to make such a statement saying the actress' baby daddy is a married person.
4. Akuapem Poloo:
The video vixen was embarrassed during a live program when she was shunned by Zynnel Zuh, and Efia Odo.

5. Wendy Shay:

Kelvynboy at the press conference walked up to the podium to exchange pleasantries with Rufftown records president Bullet, Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale and Blakk Cedi -Stonebwoy’s manager- but snubbed Wendy Shay who was standing next to Bullet.
Wendy Shay looking forward to that hug opened her arms to greet her fellow artiste.
