John Dumelo Foundation shares over 2000 exercise books and school bags to kids in Accra

The National Democratic Congress ( NDC) parliamentary candidate for the Ayawaso West Wuogon constituency, John Dumelo’s foundation has made donations to some kids in Accra.

The actor-politician shared hundreds of school bags, over 2000 exercise books and crayons and other stationery to children in his community at Roman Ridge, a suburb in Accra.

John Dumelo told the media during the presentation that the charity is to help the school kids to learn better.

He also said this is the 11th year of the John Dumelo Foundation.

This year marks the John Dumelo Foundation’s 11th year of active service of giving back to the community. We shared over 2000 exercise books, school bags and stationery to kids in the Roman Ridge area. We rise by lifting others!

Mr. Dumelo is a known philanthropist but does not like making noise about some of the things he does.

The actor has been involved in lots of projects across the country, through his foundation.

YEN.com.gh earlier reported that Victor B. Lawrence is a Ghanaian who improved the transmission for the modern internet to ensure that you and I have access to fast internet.

Victor was born to Ghanaian parents in Ghana in 1945. He attended Achimota College also in Ghana and continued to the Imperial College of Science and Technology at the University of London where he received his B.Sc. degree in 1968.
