Award-winning gospel musician, Gifty Adorye has made some revelations about how some pastors she called 'spiritual fathers' treated her badly some years ago.

Gifty Adorye recounted how in the dying moments of her divorce to her ex-husband, all her pastor friends whom she called her 'spiritual fathers' turned their backs on her.

In a video sighted by YEN.com.gh Gifty Adorye wept like a baby when she recounted how she was betrayed by these pastors who now see her and say she is blessed and even call her 'daughter'.
She said if there is anything that she will want to change from 10 years ago, it will be the pastors she considered as friends and even called spiritual fathers.

"The day I received my divorce papers, I picked my phone and called this spiritual father of mine. I begged him to call my husband and talk to him about the divorce. Do you know what he told me? He told me he will call me back.
I called this man several times but he did not pick. A week later, this man called me and said my husband said I should meet him in court so I should go and meet him in court," she recalled.
She added that she ended her show half-way in the US to get a ticket and come down to attend an event of one of such pastors because he wanted her there.

"I cut my program, came down to Ghana, drove to his event and performed for him. I didn't even charge him a dime. But the time I was in my mess and I needed them to be there for me, none of there was there.
Now that they see that God has changed me, you will see them on social media typing 'my daughter you are blessed. sometimes when I see those kinds of posts then my heart begins to ache," she stated while weeping like a child.
