Exactly a year ago today, Ghanaians woke up to the sad news of the murder of a member of Anas Aremeyaw Anas' Tiger Eye Private Investigations team, Ahmed Hussein-Suale.

According to a report sighted by YEN.com.gh on Graphic Online, Ahmed Suale was shot three times, twice in the chest and another in the neck late Wednesday night, January 16, 2019, at Madina in Accra while he was driving home by unidentified men on a motorbike.

Anas confirmed the sad development and loss of a core team member and a brother, to Graphic Online, hardly able to compose himself.

Ahmed was one of Tiger Eye journalists whose photographs, the member of parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong circulated in his 'Who watches the watchman' anti-Anas video documentary and called on the public to deal with for a handsome reward.

Anas, in a Facebook post, remembered the death of his team member who was gunned down by unknown men

In his bid to help get the killers of the team member, he shared an artistic impression of the two men who allegedly murdered Ahmed Suale.

He encouraged anyone with knowledge of their whereabouts to volunteer such information to the security services.

Meanwhile, family of Ahmed Hussein Suale has expressed disappointment in government institutions especially the security agencies over their failure to find his killers.

According to the family, the murder of their dead relative has not been given the needed attention and justice per the law, stating that the case has not received much seriousness almost a year after the incident.

Speaking to Citinews, brother of the deceased, Ibrahim Kamilu Tahidu expressed the frustration of the family, as they feel ignored after such an incident which required punishment meted out to perpetrators.
