Yvonne Nelson has started her 2020 political rant with a seeming attack on Akufo-Addo.

In a tweet sighted by YEN.com.gh, Nelson wrote that Ghanaians are suffering and the president was very much aware but refusing to act.

Mr President @NAkufoAddo Ghanaians NO DEY SEE TOP!!!! I know you know! We are suffering!,” Nelson tweeted.

Her post has triggered massive reactions on twitter with some people believed to be NPP supporters attacking her.
