Yvonne Nelson has started her 2020 political rant with a seeming attack on Akufo-Addo.
In a tweet sighted by YEN.com.gh, Nelson wrote that Ghanaians are suffering and the president was very much aware but refusing to act.
“Mr President @NAkufoAddo Ghanaians NO DEY SEE TOP!!!! I know you know! We are suffering!,” Nelson tweeted.

Her post has triggered massive reactions on twitter with some people believed to be NPP supporters attacking her.
Kojo Kuntu, for instance, said Yvonne should personalise her sentiment and not say all Ghanaians are suffering:

This is not the first time Nelson has criticised Akufo-Addo.
In an earlier report by YEN.com.gh, Yvonne said she was disappointed in the president.
