Liverpool is just a few steps to history after extending their Premier League winning streak to forty following a narrow 2-1 victory over Wolves at Molineux Stadium on Thursday night, January 23.

The Reds got the game started on a bright note with exciting attacking moves but none of their early shots was able to hot target.

Raul Jiminez restored parity for the home team with a sumptuous header from Adama Traore's superb cross in the 51st minute.
