The humbling images he shared online, captivated many who deemed it an act of humility, considering his public and social media authentic dominance and currency.
YEN.com.gh earlier reported that Adebayor released photos of himself buying coconut from Samuel Acheampong, owner of Virgin Fresh Coconut and many Ghanaian celebrities including social media users responded well with pleasant remarks about the humbling gesture of the former Arsenal player.
Adebayor’s post which went viral attracted comments from Stonebwoy and Funny Face.

Emmanuel Adebayor followed up to invite the young hustler to his home and later joined him with his celebrity friends and fans at his coconut joint at Adjiringanor on January 24, 2020, to buy and raise money for him.
The Togolese footballing star was captured with Stonebwoy and other celebrity friends fratenising with their fans at Samuel Acheampong's coconut joint.
In a recent post on social media, Adebayor disclosed they bought coconut valued at GHC2.00 for GHC200.00 and also noted that he ''offered to match the total amount of sales that day.''
He wrote: ''Usually, one coconut goes for 2GH Cedis, but for that day we paid 200GH Cedis per coconut. I offered to match the total amount of sales that day.
To his surprise, more and more celebrities kept arriving and a huge crowd assembled by his stand.
@hisense_ghana also joined the party and made a huge contribution. At the end of the day, we made the count. Words cannot describe the feeling, when I saw the emotion on his face as he realized the total amount of money raised that day. I would like to thank everyone that joined me in supporting this man’s business (Virgin Fresh Coconut). We rise by lifting others!''
