Bawumia is the most confused person - Social media user jabs Veep over economy

Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has taken a swipe at critics of the Ghanaian economy, saying, global economic watchers who are examining the country's economic data see clearly that the Ghanaian economy is back on track and the future looks even better on this path.

His comments obviously could have been generated from facts and figures that were evident enough.

According to him, the economy is back on track.

YEN.com.gh in a native post, however, sought responses from Ghanaians on the comments made by Ghana's vice president.

Social media users have not taken lightly the comments made by the vice president, Mahamadu Bawumia.

Sadart believes the fundamentals have exposed Bawumia's incompetence.

Rubaina sarcastically said the veep was simply rolling out his relevance.

Mawuli believes Bawumia always makes fun of himself.

Sefah said the veep is the most confused person ever.

In other news, the National Communications Officer of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Sammy Gyamfi has revealed that, John Dramani Mahama will definitely prosecute some appointees under the Akufo-Addo administration if he wins election 2020.

Mr. Gyamfi noted that the first NPP appointee that will be prosecuted will be the Minister for Special Development Initiative (SDI), Hawa Koomson.

He explained that the SDI Minister will face prosecution for causing financial loss to country and also embezzlement of funds.
