A video interview in which Akua GMB, the fourth wife of Ghanaian millionaire Dr Kwaku Oteng narrated how she was highly instrumental in building the 'empire' of her rich husband has surfaced.
Mrs Oteng was being interviewed on a programme at Angel TV when she made the revelations. According to the young lady, she married her husband shortly after her being crowned as Ghana's Most Beautiful in 2011.
By then, she recalls, the respected doctor had no properties whatsoever in Accra. The beautiful young lady mentions that her husband called on her to assist him to set up a TV station.
Watch the full interview below:
"Many people think that a TV station was just put up and given to me to manage just like that but that was not actually the case".
Akua narrates that she had to be at the forefront of the demanding startup at a time when it was very difficult to get advertisers and erratic power supply was at its peak.
The winner of Ghana's Most Beautiful in 2011 says she had to step up as a strong woman to hire and fire when necessary before the brand was able to find its feet.
According to Akua, whose husband has reportedly married a 5th wife, that duty was near impossible for her husband because of his excessively humanitarian nature.
The lady also mentions in the full interview that some of the decisions she made were opposed to the husband's will but he normally came back much later to thank her for standing firm so much.
Akua GMB's full interview suggests that she was very instrumental in building the wealthy empire for the love of her life.
In other news, a video of local boys from an unnamed rural location in Ghana is fast going viral on social media as the young boys combined empty cans as drumset to produce amazing beats.
In the footage sighted by YEN.com.gh, a crowd of people had gathered to marvel at the talent the young boys were displaying in front of them.
The people appear to have been greatly thrilled as they kept applauding and cheering as the drummers were performing their 'magic'.
