According to Kwame Micky, a brother to Kaakyire Kwame Appiah, his checks indicate that Kofi B and Kofi Nti travelled to the Central region area to perform at the birthday party of a chief.

After their performance, they went into their separate rooms. But Kofi B later came to knock on the door of Kofi Nti while complaining of pains in his heart.

Kofi Nti, with the help of lady he was with, put Kofi B into his car and drove him to the hospital but Kofi B could not survive.
