A hilarious photo making waves on social media has raw kanzo dubbed as 'scorched rice' selling for $7.58 which is approximately GHC 40 in an American supermarket.
What leaves much to be desired is that the meal is the leftover when rice gets cooked but selling for so much.
'Kanzo' is usually loved by local folks for being crunchy and inexpensive compared to the rice itself.
Another angle to watch is how an innovative entrepreneur decided to sell the meal in an American supermarket.

Although it is not confirmed, it is thinkable that the person behind the innovation comes from Ghana or Nigeria where the dish is loved.
The scorched rice was seen neatly packaged in a thin film of transparent rubber displaying the price and other necessary details.
Many social media users have been spotted reacting wildly to the news since photos of the raw kanzo hit the internet.

In other news, a beautiful young lady's boyfriend has given her the surprise of her life as her man decided to make a money-stacked birthday cake for her.
In a viral video sighted by YEN.com.gh on social media, the young lady was at a birthday party with some of her friends.
Projecting from the cake was a large ring which appeared to bear the tag 'happy birthday'. When it was time to eat the cake, she had to take out the ring. That was when her eyes started to pop as the ring was attached to a long chain of money.
